Primestor believes that Community Stakeholders and area residents are integral partners to designing and planning for its regional and neighborhood shopping centers.
Before beginning the design process for a project, the Primestor staff actively engages area residents and Community stakeholders on their thoughts for development. It is only after that process is complete that Primestor begins its site planning process. Primestor's focus on the Community extends beyond project planning. Area entrepreneurs are recruited to become tenants in the shopping centers as well. A job fair for the Community is organized to give local residents employment opportunities. On-going events at Primestor managed centers create a "Community-center feel" to projects completed by the company.
